Note:- फॉर्म भरते समय जिन छात्र/छात्रा का ऑनलाइन पेमेंट कट गया हो और नामांकन पूरा नही हुआ हो, वैसे छात्र/छात्रा दोबारा पेमेंट नहीं करे, वो अपना Unique Form Id, नाम और पेमेंट Payment Id यहाँ दिए हुए WhatsApp नंबर तथा ईमेल पर भेज दें और 24 Hours तक इंतज़ार करें।
Filling up the Online Admission Form
Instructions.
For fill form, you must have a Mobile Number and Email Id.
As a first time Student shall have to Register by clicking on the Graduation Sem-II Register”
link.
Under the “Register” page, all fields are mandatory to be filled in and indicated by an
asterisk(*) adjacent to the name of the field.
For confirmation, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Fill that OTP to confirm
the Register.
After Successful Registration, you will Login by clicking on the Graduation Sem-II Login for fill Admission Form.
The entire online application process is divided into five tabs (sections/pages) and the
applicant needs to enter details in each of the sections correctly.
There is a Preview page has modification option before going to the Print Form. Correct using modification option if any Data fill mistakenly.
There are only online payment option (Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking and UPI).
Required Documents (Scanned Copy in .JPG Format).
Admit Card of U.G. Sem-II, Size of the scanned documents is not more than 150 KB.

Male (GEN/BC/EWS) : - Rs. 2355 (Practical Subject के लिए Rs. 600.00 अतिरिक्त शुल्क लगेगा)
Male (EBC) : - Rs. 1755 (Practical Subject के लिए Rs. 600.00 अतिरिक्त शुल्क लगेगा)
